I weigh every Monday. Started on 1/29/16 at 310 pounds. I am down to 289. I'm encouraged.0

Like a lot of you, I'm a scale-junkie too. I weigh every morning & sometimes 1 or 2 more times a day (I tend to be a *wee bit* obsessive!), but I have an "official" weekly weight-in on Sunday. Last Sunday my # was 259.4, thus far this week the trend seems to be heading in the right direction!

I decided to log my weight today as last week was a really good week, the week before that was really bad but overall I lost 7lb over the two weeks even though that was actually all last week.
So start weight 330lb
Todays weight 295lb
Total lost so far this year with many ups and downs : 35lb0 -

You started at the same weight as me, I'm at 308 right now, although I'm being weighed at the gym this evening, so I'll report back when I know. I'm keeping my fingers x-ed that I lost the 2lbs I put on last week....0 -

Weigh-in day today, 331.8, down 8lbs since last weigh in, down 14.4 lbs since started MFP March 14. Super excited to notice such a difference, it's a grand total of 20.7 lbs lost since October 2015(when I bought my wedding dress :P)0

You are all doing brilliantly, some big losses, some impressive consistent losses but most importantly we are still here and still throwing away the burden of unwanted extra weight. Well done all, It is inspiring and very motivating.0

I do my weigh-ins on Wednesdays.
My starting weight (on 3/23/2016) was 302 lbs.
My current weight (on 3/30/2016) was 300.6 lbs.
Weight lost during the last week was: - 1.4 lbs.

A loss is a loss, always better than a gain. I lost nothing at all in february, well i lost and then gained so it got cancelled out. Any loss is moving forward in right direction.0

Thanks OW, I know exactly what you mean.... that is what I have been doing up and down, up and down..... I feel I can finally count this pound since it has been gone for a few days now. I have not made bad choices other than not being active enough (I am working on that) so that is why I find it so frustrating. 12 more pounds to go to reach my 1st goal..... I better step it up!0 -

I did weigh today also as I like to on 1st of month down 2.75lb also.

I'm going to weigh-in every morning. I've got the problem of not wanting to weigh at all, so forcing myself to do it will give me a baseline for the day and help keep me accountable. Yesterday was 396.4, today 397.4. Within my calorie limits but way too much salt.0

I get weighed every day also as I find it helps to keep me focused. But I only record it on a Friday. So don't worry if it goes up one day, just choose the best day for you to record it.0
