I feel the same way. I've found I really need support too. This group helps, I walk with friends, and I also started the Noom app/weight loss program which has a support element too. Hang in there - and remember so many people need support!!!

Leisurely walk for an hour. Meant to go for another one but was just so worn out from not sleeping well last night.

Weight: 153.4 (down 6.2lbs. Only .2 pounds from last week but oh well! I'll keep trying.)

Completely wacky day. Dead car battery. No exercise today and I ate very non-nutritious food for snack and dinner. Tomorrow will be much better!

I walked about 3 miles at Chambers Bay. It included hills :s and I was wearing the baby, but it wasn't too bad. 11,500 steps.

Weight: 153.6 (down 6 pounds since we started). I'm thrilled with that! Two weeks ago I also signed up for a weight loss app called Noom and that has been helping with the emotional/psychological side of things a lot.

You read my mind about the meal planning app! I was just thinking how helpful it would be to have a website make the shopping list. Thanks! I totally agree about the junk food. I think I've gotten better about not keeping certain foods around but I need to improve even more and also make sure I don't leave the house…
