Thanks so much for making the group! I was sad and surprised about this group, too. Looking forward to using our "new", evolved support group on FB. :)

The goal of three workouts sounds great! I'm thinking Facebook is the best option if you're up for making a group! It seems like the simplest, quickest, and most user friendly option. It especially seems like the best option for sharing videos and links. And your idea about picking and choosing from the 3 options sounds…
Just the fact that you’re aware of it is the first step. Don’t discredit what you’ve done though. You’ve been moving (even if it’s not as much as you’d like). What has helped me (and someone suggested this in this group at one point) is to think small. My goal is 3 times per week for at least 15 minutes. I’ve been…

March 10th - 5,500+ steps March 11th - 1,000 steps. I have a habit of distracting myself with household chores and thinking about bigger household projects instead of remembering my priority for the year: taking care of my health. I haven't given up yet...which is why I log in here...but I'm also not making much progress…
My boys are 6 and 3. One is in 1st grade and the other attends daycare. They spend so much time at school/daycare that I want to make sure and capitalize on all of the time I get with them.
Oh, no wonder! Yes, they're just little babes still. Awww, I definitely see why you'd want to capitalize on what…
Thanks. I won’t lie and say it’s easy. There are many days I just don’t want to. There is so much going on that I think I don’t have enough time. I’m honestly just searching Pinterest to find workouts that I think I can do quickly to then not feel guilty about not doing anything. The problem I find, even though…

We are on a little trip. Yesterday was busy and long (the place we are staying at had the carbon monoxide detector go off - possibly a malfunction, but scary nonetheless.) :( :o Today I got 10,000 steps so that's good.

Yes they are! I was tired during the week before ever having a baby. I can't imagine working, getting kids to/from school, housework, etc....its a lot. Run, run, run all day long. Hang in there as best you can!

I wrote a reply to this 2 days ago - i must not have saved it correctly! I made breakfast casserole for the week. 9x13 pan. 12 eggs. 375°F for about 30-40 minutes. Ive done a couple variations: - black bean, kale, green pepper, onion, green chile, (little bit of taco seasoning) - kale, sweet potato, onion, green onion -…

Absolutely. It can be discouraging. I have a goal weight, but its more important to feel strong. There's no point in losing a bunch of weight, but then being really weak - that doesn't feel good either. That's wonderful that you're feeling in better shape!

Low key day today but lots of food prep so that's good.

Weight: 154.4. Oops! Up again from last week. I'm happy I jogged three times this week - that's a win!

C25K week 4 day 3. I finished one week of the program in one week (instead of it taking 2 or 3)!

C25K week 4 day 2 It was nice to get some activity again!

Thank you for the encouragement and reminder! I try to keep perspective on the situation but there are times when that's difficult. Then there are the times when I'm so frustrated I could cry, but then I think of how quickly she is changing and I cry even more thinking about her growing up. So many emotions!! It's a…

Another low activity day. My husband has been out of town all week for work - I've just been hanging on the last three days trying to get through eat day. Planning to jog this weekend - looking forward to it.
-
Low activity today - 3,000 steps!

I agree! We're still trying and I do think that matters. :) Yes, my baby does keep me busy and tired - oh man, so tired sometimes. :D Activity for 2/14/18: We ran a lot of errands and I also went to the local gym to check it out. I think I'm ready to join and exercise while baby is in childcare. (Wahoo!)

Weight: 154.2. up from last time. I'm just eating too many foods that have a high calorie density so my weight is stalled out. I also think weight training would be beneficial. I want to do one weight training session this week with my resistance bands. I'm going to look for a YouTube video.
