I find the group helpful! I'm thinking more about my choices than if I wasn't in the group and I like the daily check-in. It has helped me to take one day at a time and just send an update regardless of whether things were ideal or not. I do agree with 2nelune about the format. Groovaroo babywearing dance class (yes, this is a thing :D ) and a 1.5 mile walk around a nearby lake. 10,000+ steps today which is good for me.

70 min walk wearing 19lb baby. Did not drink enough water today.

Weight: 157.8 (down 1.8lbs) Body Fat: 25.5% My only true goal this week is to drink enough water each day. I haven't been drinking enough for a couple of months now and staying hydrated is usually the best starting point for me because it makes me feel better within a day and that makes me more motivated. ☺

Walked about 4 miles with my husband and baby today. Logged 14,540 steps so far which is unheard of for me! Thank goodness for clear, sunny weather.

I have not exercised in 3 days. We have a baby who is waking erratically up to 8 times a night. I'm exhausted. I did go to two mom's groups (Wed and Thur) and visited with friends yesterday (Fri) so I'm counting this as a win because it was very good for my emotional health.

Have you tried YouTube? I've found about a dozen decent videos on there that I bookmarked. Some are for strength/stability, others are for morning yoga, etc.... I've been pleased so far. :)
