Also I've had stomach trouble back in 2014, and chest pains. My gastro consultant thinks I might have gallbladder issues, so that's under investigation (bloody NHS is sooooo slow) Anyhoo I need to get fitter and I need to eat better. Plus I'm not getting any younger and at 43 everything hurts
