Thank you everyone! So the weird thing about my foot is when wear sandals (which is all the time) yes my foot hurts but not too bad tolerable. I put tennis shoes on and I feel like I'm gonna die of pain.

When I put my tennis shoes on and start to walk, it hurts so I take off my tennis shoes and just wear my sandals. This is horrible

I'm on adderall and have been since 2009. Yes, I lost only like 10-15 pounds I wasn't skinny and still considered borderline obese with the bmi calculator. But I was comfortable in my own skin. It also depends on your height, weight, and activity level. I'm only 5'0 foot and my doctor and a health specialist told me to do 1000. Calories per day high protein low carb

I love my salads too! I do spinach, red onions, cucumber, match sticks carrots, canned chicken, feta cheese, and garlic expressions!
