After a whole year in a deficit it's also sensible to go even a few months at manitance and not dratstically run back into the deficit so quickly after two days. ( Reverse Dieting ) It's going to take much longer for your body to rehabilitate itself from the deficit to even and balance out everything metabolically that has…

Worse advice ever to you current situation. To rusty_balls Do not keep doing what your doing. You will evetually wreck yourself in the long term. You need to emphasis of *Need* to Reverse Diet.

1000-1200 calories a day by how much of a deficit is that for your weight/height & gender? Your deficit in the begginging should be close to your manitance level around 200-300kcal below would be a good starting point. Also long steady-state cardio wich will down regulate metabolism not to mention the amount of calories…

I've heard the same story over & over again. From the same people who published these same facts. But neglected so much. No one is willing to go to the depths of health & wellbeing. So many people are stating the obvious that you could grasp from any textbook or article you've read or a "fitness gurus" explanation. It…

Nothing wrong with eating at night. Your body burns calories while your sleeping, the brain alone needs atleast 600kcal to function properly. The only reason why you may not want to eat @ night is becauce you don't nessecerly want that extra energy when your body is starting to wind down, cortisol levels drop & your body…

It's basically just the ketogenic diet. ( very low carb ) use it as a tool. And with any tool use it wisely. Personal preference I won't use it longer than 4 months depending how quickly your body adapts to burning fat instead of carbs. You can read and look up into it if want.

Good news! Exactly!

Intermittent Fasting could work for you.

Firstly. "Starvation Mode" is a thing & it's real regardless of the articles or explanations posted by "fitness gurus" your body is just doing what it was designed to do. without going into all the detailed science & physiology about it, your body is just doing what is does. Also. You have not given much information…

Nothing works if your not in a caloric deficit. That's why I mentioned to "to stay in a caloric deficit"

The first week on your low carb diet you was "inducing a state of Ketosis" the weight you lost was all retained water. Ketosis always works regardless of the person and weight. Your body is more than efficient enough to switch to burning sugar for fuel to tapping into your fat storage. It usually takes anywhere to 2-12…

Ketosis is basically as I see it a protocol. In my personal opinion it shouldn't be a lifestyle or sustained for long periods of time except for those with certain medical conditions. It's basically severely "Low Carb" around 5% of your daily macro nutrient intake. That's basically 20grams of carbohydrates. I use it…

Who the heck recommend a 1000 calorie diet? Depending on your height and weight thats a huge deficit by any means regardless. Your body is not going to give up its fat. Why should it? Get out of 1000 calories, up your intake. Start interval training cardio. & implement HIT weight training. Up your Protein intake and…

Although many people chose going ketogenic/LC as a lifestyle choice. For someone who may want to temporary burn body fat I wouldent suggest it no more than 2 1/2 3 months or less or more. That's just my personal opinion. But you can figure out what works for you. carb cycling works good too coupled with HIT weight training…

Listen to your body. The body is always looking for a even balance. The entire essence behind burning fat/losing weight is dependent on hormones.
-
Up your calories to maintence levels. Keep carbs high. keep fat low & for two days or more. You don't need complicated theory's like half of these people are trying to suggest to you. It's a hormonal inbalance & the last thing your body wants is to let go of any body fat. Leptin is a hormone that controls your metabolism…

What is your macronutrients at? Also how many calories are you eating rough estimate daily?
-
It's either water or muscle ( depending on wich way you work out ) your burning fat but you could be retaining water, depending if you strenghth training or cardio you could be increasing muscle also. Muscle is more dense, weighs more, and take little space. I would say keep at whatever your doing and not to overly stress…
