  • Thank you all SO MUCH! This helped me feel encouraged that I won't lose my fitness momentum during the first couple of weeks. I will definitely plan to take 2-3 days off and then use a friend's treadmill (barefoot) so I can clean it before I use it. I will probably take all the advice on squats, etc and strength training.…
