I don't think the "perfect human" really exists :) There is beauty in every body :)

I'm vegan! My favourite meals are hummus sandwiches with avocado and veggies, peanut butter and jam sandwiches, tofu stirfries, smoothies... yum :)

I also don't like nutritional yeast, unless it's used as a cheese flavouring in mac and cheese sauce or something. I guess I just don't like it as a topping! One food trend that I was skeptical about but ended up really loving was sweet potato toast (slice sweet potato longways, chuck in the toaster for a few rounds until…

In eating disorder recovery therapists and dietitians usually use set point theory- patients are expected to gain weight until it balances out at a healthy place for them, which can be very different for different people. I always see people talking about how set point theory doesn't actually work how the theory says it…

Hi, I'm vegan and love it! Feel free to ask if you need any advice :) I suggest trying all the different types of protein you can eat instead of meat. Beans, legumes, nut butters (my favourite), tofu, tempeh (my other favourite), seitan (be aware it contains gluten) and so on! Pre-made faux meats are a good option if…

A high calorie surprise was probably cupcakes- often 400 calories each! I guess that goes for a lot of baked goods though. A low calorie surprise was almond milk. Creamy, delicious coffee for negligible calorie counts? Perfection

Oh yes, weight loss teas are one thing I really will never buy. They're just laxatives!

I pretty much just buy stuff I am interested in and don't pay attention to food trends, but I guess I don't buy the majority of baked trendy items like cronuts and weird bagels because they usually aren't vegan. Although there is a vegan bakery near me that does that sort of thing so maybe I will end up becoming trendy…

I felt terrible- constantly low energy, nausea, irritability, difficulty concentrating, increased anxiety. Horrible time and I will never try it again :P

I personally improved my relationship by following a schedule of three meals a day consisting of a carbohydrate component, a protein component, and a fat component and 2-5 snacks consisting of two out of the three components. I then moved into intuitive eating and not counting calories. Different things work for different…

I like to get some vegetable sushi <3 Yum!

Is it not expensive? I say have a back up plan in case your income has an unexpected drop x Good luck!

Dates! Especially stuffed with peanut butter. Banana ice cream (freeze bananas, blend until smooth with flavourings if you want them) I like chia seed pudding :) Chia seeds, coconut milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Pop it in the fridge and eat :D

I don't really feel any hungrier. I suppose the cramps make me feel ill, if anything. I generally sleep more, if that helps!

If you are at a healthy BMI, then you are most likely not overweight. Tell them it isn't appropriate to use that nickname if you don't like it!

Came here to say this! ;D

Don't listen to Freelee xD Vegans need the same calories as everyone else, it does seem to be easier to eat the right amount intuitively though. Also the foods are easier to digest so you hold less food weight and your stomach is flatter. It's very freeing :)

I know a lot of people who have a savings account and a spending account. They keep all their money in the savings account, so if they want to buy anything they have to transfer it- makes impulse buying hard because you have to think about it carefully!

Frozen bananas- blend with nut butter and cocoa powder or add dates! Make sure it has enough cals to get you through to lunch :)

Try roasting some stuff. Lots of amazing vegetables like potato, sweet potato, carrots etc. do fine in the oven without oil!
-
Keep in mind that MFP overestimates the calories you burn!

3x sugarfree mocha and 3x sugarfree caramel I've heard is good. If that's a thing. We don't have sugarfree syrups at New Zealand Starbucks so I don't know for sure :)
-
Veggie sticks and hummus! My fave always <3
-
I'm vegan, I'll add you :) I try not to follow any diets within veganism by the way :)
-
Avocado on toast! Hummus on toast! Baked beans on toast! I love toast xD I also like a good soup with some bread to dip. Banana ice cream (frozen bananas, blended)! Anything on rice. Lots of good carbs to give me energy for the day <3

I love dates stuffed with peanut butter :) They are so small but are an amazing pick me up! They seem to be so incredibly filling, haha. Great for those days when the celery just isn't cutting it ;)

Back on the wagon! You can do it! We're all behind you :)

Alcohol is pretty much just liquid calories. If you are going to be drinking, go for low percentage stuff (if you're drinking to be social), or if you want to get a bit tipsy, go for normal percent shots or mixed drinks with well chosen mixers- vodka lime and soda with real lime (not cordial) is my fave. It also gives you…

Thanks! I'll try to remember what I did in CBT xD Thanks :)
