  • I have tried it but couldn't just take it alone. My dad however didn't have a problem taking it. I'm also watching my sugar and have IBS just trying to find other ways to consume. Thank you very much for your response I never even thought about putting in in a drink.
  • Do you just cook with the coconut oil? I've tried taking a tablespoon several times but I just couldn't do it.
  • You could also have yeast in your body which can also make you crave sugar. The symptoms aren't always the itchy ones in the nether regions. Yeast can also cause lots of other problems. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
  • Personally I'd have popcorn. Then the next day I'd do extra exercises. There's no since in being hungry. Just my opinion.

  • Hey pre diabetes for me too. Found out January 2015 cut out all breads and sugars. I lost 23 pounds quick but exercised constantly but in November I fell off the wagon also. I've gained back 9 pounds so here I go again.
  • Hey Candice, I'm not real active but I use sworkit on my mobile phone. It reminds me "hey get up and do something". You can set it for a 5 min workout a few times a day then build up.

  • Hey! I use sworkit. My kids are 10 &13 and I keep my 3 year old nephew and they all enjoy doing it with me. I try to do 30 mins a day but some days it's hard to do.
  • Congratulations! Everyone is different but I quit all beverages except water. I dropped 23 pounds in 2 months. I'm a stay at home mom so I used sworkit for my exercise cause I really didn't know what exercises were best. Good luck you can achieve anything you set your mind too.
