Carrot and Coriander soup!

Thanks for All the tips guys. I only had one day of "'mindless eating" and logged every other day and with exercise I'm still averaging out under my calorie goal so fingers crossed! I'll still lose. Bloody water retention is annoying too.

Sugar is necessary. Added sugar isn't. Sugar in veggies is perfectly fine as the fibre in those products slows down the absorption of the sugar so you feel fuller for longer in comparison to say a chocolate bar where you get an immediate sugar high and then crash shortly after. Chill fruit and veggies are a-ok!

Not gonna lie-I find Krispy Kreme revolting lol

The golden ratio for desirable food is 1:1 fat:sugar. They did a study on it with Krispy Kremes-why are the ordinary normal glazed ones a heap more popular than the chocolate ones or fancier ones? -because the ratio of fat to sugar in the glazed ones is 1:1 where as the fancier ones have a different ratio and are therefore…

Woops just realised I didn't do it as the packet says :D I used the 1/2 teaspoon, spoon. So I only mixed it half a tbsp of water rather than a whole one to, two level tbsp of pb2. It was nice!

Yeah I'm gonna do that from now on. Today was a write off. I mindlessly ate tbh :(
-
Yeah today was a bad day. I was making custard creams for my friends and ate 5 of them! Bah! Start again tomorrow

Well I tried it just as per pack instructions and lucky for me! I like it as a spread! Woo!

Thanks everyone! X x

Gonna try mixing it with zero syrups and see what happens. Will report back!

Thanks for all the tips guys! I'm a Brit so the idea of PB and jam (jelly) is totally gross to me! Haha I wanted it mainly to put in my porridge (oatmeal) as I occasionally fancy the taste of pb but not enough to buy a proper tub (there's one in my cupboard that must have been there atleast 2+ years lol) so figured the…

Thanks :-)

The side effects only occur if you don't following the recommendations of no more than 15g fat/meal. Providing you stay with in the above limit you shouldn't get the side effects.

Portion sizes in Italy are way smaller than US however you're meant to eat many more courses. I never do when I go to Italy. Eat what I want when I want. Walk everywhere. Maybe have a swim if you have a hotel with a pool. Try not to worry. It's your holiday, enjoy it. Italy is gorgeous and the food is amazing. You've been…

In the past few days? As in 2 or 3 days? That's not really enough time to class anything as a plateau. Give it a couple weeks :) you'll start losing again

If you feel horrible when you eat something wrong and you feel you spend too much time thinking about it, then yes it has become unhealthy. Never feel guilty for eating. If you think about it logically it just makes no sense-guilt, such a strong potent negative emotion, being trigger simply by fuelling your body. All I can…

Thank you!

Aha! So you have a communal kitchen! Buy porridge for breakfasts, and pretty much anything can be cooked in a microwave. I cook fish, pasta etc all in there. Pasta is super cheap and you can get this plastic tub on amazon so it cooks quicker.

Do you have access to a microwave or any cooking facilities? Perhaps buy yourself a kettle and George Forman grill? If you cant boil it, chuck it on the grill. That's my cooking methods.

If you have just started working out as well your body will be retaining all the water it can to help repair the (minute) muscle tears you cause when you exercise (when they repair that's how you "gain" muscle) . Body pump is a tough class too! I quit after one 3 times! Lol

Yep! Weight watchers do it to where you save points for treats :-)
