Adding that I weigh about 160, am 5'8", and 20. Open diary. Also my goal is to be at the gym 5 days a week, for roughly an hour-1.5 hours.

How do some of the snack sizes under traditional wings have more calories than a large size of the same flavor?? One I saw for sure was the traditional plain flavor

Yeah I have no idea. I looked into it a little bit and mostly what I found was its because I'm not a "seasoned" runner... Which is true, I never got past running a mile straight before. I'll try changing my shoes... What do u mean skin splints?

I want to do both but I'm not sure if i'll really get any muscle gain with the calories I'm setting myself at for a while. I've been at 1,200 calories pretty comfortably, but I may need to up it after I see how I feel after I've been to the gym a few times. Please nobody jump on me about the 1200 calories.

ha! That's funny. I wanted to do the elliptical and try to run on the treadmill but I just got so bored.... I did a little bit of running yesterday and have sore shins now so I think I also needed a break. I ended up working on legs with machines! :) Thanks for your advice. I ran this morning for the first time in a while, but it was on a treadmill. I just looked up what my TDEE was... It says about 1800 calories a day... So are you saying I should shoot for 1550 calories a day? I weigh 165, so 66 grams of fats and 132 grams of protein? That just seems like a crazy amount to me.. Can I switch the two to meet my cravings better? I've been craving more of fatty things…
