I miss the ignorance, ignorance is truly bliss! But I enjoy the positive changes I've gone through more than I enjoyed stuffing my face with fast food 3+ times a week and drinking every weekend... I still do some of both just not as frequently, and with more control when I do. :)

Wow, how did you feel when you started smoking again? Just asking because I'm about 6 or 7 weeks smoke free and yesterday I had one and it felt so normal but I also felt like I couldn't breath during and after... haha. 5'8'' 145ish lbs Pants size 7ish... I only bought ''stretchy'' size 7, so really probably an 8 I guess. I wear mostly M shirts, sometimes S, sometimes L depending on stretch and brand. This is fun :) I'm happy to see so many others with my height in such variety of shapes and sizes!

6 oz. cottage cheese, Oscar mayer p3 power protein pack ( I need to just start making my own lol), whipped greek yogurt, and a fiber one bar :) randomly thrown together in like 3 minutes this morning haha

Well I'm glad to hear my muscles won't shrivel away and that I don't need that much protein :) I'm not losing too aggressively. I've been on MFP for about 2 months with 13 lbs lost, but I've noticed my loss is slowing down (in a good way) I don't currently strength train, although I have been looking at the StrongCurves…

after a few weeks! running 4-5 miles! That's awesome, is that continuous or do you alternate running and walking? I started running 2-3 weeks ago now(slacking this past week) and I just can't push myself past just 1 mile/12 minutes. Although I did just quit smoking this past week!

idk but I ate ramen noodles after mine and nobody told me that food gets stuck in your holes so that food was stuck in there while I was on vacation even though I rinsed and followed all the directions. and it stuuunk so bad omg

I'm trying to research but there is, like you said, so many programs out there.. It's overwhelming and hard for a beginner to decide on their own where they should start, which program they should go with.. I will check out the Mind Pump podcast. Thanks for the info :)
