Haha! It is a pain for sure!! And yes I agree with eating everything in sight.. It's terrible. I'm just ready to get back to feeling a little bit ''normal''. I don't think I normalized while I had the implant for 2 years. It sucked :p Here's to hoping different methods are better!

Oh interesting! This is my first time on the pill, I've done the shot and the implant only so far, negative experiences with both but I hear that the hormone in the two are similar while the pill is different. I'm not sure which horomone pill I have but I'm really really hoping that it works!

I do monitor progress other ways as well, but I also check my weight daily. I don't expect to see loss everyday and I look at the overall picture but I pretty much throw out weighing while it's my TOM because it's just all over the place even more lol. I guess I just basically want to hear that these extra hormones aren't…

I just had this experience but it was with my OBG, what kind of a doctor did you see? Why was your weight so important for them to discuss with you, especially for them to tell you 5 lbs is a huge difference? To me it it was not a big deal, so what. You shouldn't feel humiliated, you said it yourself, 5 lbs is not a lot..…

so far I've been doing ounces mostly unless the package shows its 28 grams and I weigh out an ounce then I leave it at grams and if its a weird number that I can't think of in my head then I just look up "how many ounces is in ___ grams'' lol.

yeah I would use the scoop but the kind I bought didn't come with a scoop and it just says 3 heaping tbps or 28g so I weighed this morning but didn't know if anyone followed the ''heaping scoop'' serving or not

I read somewhere else that somebody was having a problem because of greek yogurt with high protein.. I looked it up and apparently it's got something in it that's harder for us to digest, causing constipation. I'm having a little bit of the same problem, it sucks :(

I think I'm finding that I like cardio better when I get it out of the way first, and I do feel a little more pumped for weights as long as I cool down for a little bit after cardio.... I am in a calorie deficit. I'm doing both of these things on top of my deficit and my goal is weight loss first, but I'm also trying to be in better shape just overall and I was asking to see if doing one first is better for some reason or another.
