I lovvve Beachbody workouts! Like T25 which is 25 mins a day 5 days a week, 21 day fix which is 30 minute workouts, and Tony Horton just came out with a new 22 minute workout. I run online challenge groups with these programs, would you be interested in being in a group for motivation?
