Not the mentor type but have the same issue with my eating habits. I am a big pop drinker so I cut down on that, just having it on weekends and make sure I keep it under 4 per weekend (yes that is good for me lol). I just started back at the gym and am mainly focusing on cardio for the first fees weeks. Looking to lose 40…
