I like simple, I boil frozen brussel sprouts according to package and dip in fat free Italian salad dressing.

My usual go to: Oatmeal made with fat free milk or soy milk, 1/3 cup of fruit mixed in, 1 tsp of raw honey, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 2 tsp chia seeds. Lately I've been really into smoothies with fruits, greens, almond butter and greek yogurt because you can take it on the go.

I recently upped my calorie goal to 1,350. Its much more reasonable and with only 20 min workouts 5xs a week I am still loosing just the same as when I was struggling at the 1,200 level. And I make sure most of my intake is veggies and protien sources.

I am too a vegetarian leaning towards a vegan lifestyle. I'm not having trouble with finding food to eat, rather finding a way to balance out my carbs and get enough protien.

Hi! I've been a vegetarian for over 7 years just recently decided I wanted to lean more towards vegan (at least most days). But being a poor college student thats basically just rice and beans so far.

I have the dvd. I always start it and quit. She pushes so hard! I set myself on a weekly rotation between high impact aerobics, kettle ball, yoga, cardio and strength training. Eventually kicked Jillian out of my rotation. But now that I see actual results from her 20 min workout. I'm tempted to stick to it and do the…

Two years ago I was at my best two. I have a four year old. When she was 2, I finally had enough of the added weight I had gained and continued to gain. I did so well but I worked out too much and used too many meal replacement shakes so of course, I had no idea how to maintain my weight and fell right back into a…

I am in the same boat! Got down to 10 pounds from goal two years ago. Then gained it all plus some. And it sucks knowing how close I was and just giving up. But it makes us stronger, hopefully. And before I was using weight loss shakes and meal replacements. This go around I'm making real food I can stick to. Its all about…

I'm a single mom in college. During the semester I always keep grapes on hand. They are great for a guilt free stress eating session. Lately I have managed to channel the stress into organizing everything in the house and drinking different teas for relaxation and that has helped me a lot.

If you are simply looking for a healthy appetitie suppresent and like tea, try baetea detox. It does not aid in weightloss but it does help suppress an appetite mildly.

Years ago, I took slimquick to add in my weight loss. It helped so much! I can eat less, eat right, and work out but the weight in my stomach is stubborn. Eventually after having my daughter I gained all the weight plus some. Slimquick now is not the same and it does not work. I assume because the orignial formula was…

I actually had an arguement with someone today about this. A guy, I barely know sent me some meme about falling off the diet. I kindly insisted I was not on a diet but a lifestyle change and he argued changing what I eat is a diet and diets don't last. A guy, mind you, who wanted to date me but I insisted drinking wasn't…

I have two breakfast options. 1 is eating a whole wheat english muffin with 1/3 of an avocodo and 3 scrambled egg whites in an open face sandwich and a cup of fruit. And the 2nd is my go to, 1/3 cup quick oats, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1/3 cup of a fruit (usually go for…
