This recipe is 2 servings and it does make A LOT of pancakes, some people may want to cut the recipe in half to start. Thank you somuch for writing a review. You ROCK!!!

PRO TIP: -Don't overcook pancakes, cook until just golden brown. Then flip. These are not as forgiving as regular pancakes :) -When you stack them put a little syrup between each pacake

My protein powder weight is 34g per scoop Here are the weights for everything else This is for 2 servings 60g flour 92g egg whites 68g protein powder 227g greek yogurt 74g water 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda With these I just use a measuring spoon and level it off Hope that helped ;) ~ Demitris
