  • Even though I haven't posted in a few days I've logged all of my food and exercise and ended well under calorie allotment each day. In the past 10 days, I've managed to go to hot yoga 8 days and walked/jogged on the days I didn't and some that I did. The scale hasn't moved, but I put on a pair of jeans that were getting…
  • Thanks to new work schedule, every weekend is now a 3 day weekend, 4 x 10's, Tuesday thru Friday. I logged all of my food for the weekend, did hot yoga all 3 days, and finished each day under calories. I am going to try to make another yoga class after work today.

  • Yesterday I did awesome. I went to hot yoga after work, ate sensible, logged everything, and was under my alloted calories for the day (after workout and steps of course).
  • I just got an Activity Tracker on Monday, downloaded this app yesterday , and I am still tring to figure things out. This timeline coincides with my goal to lose weight before our vacation the last week of June, so I'm in. 1. I commit lo logging my food every day. 2. To do yoga at least 3 x a week and walk or run 3 x a…
