I have bank issues (spinal stenosis) can’t stand or do exercises like I used to. I found some sitting exercises on YouTube that are beneficial. I searched exercise sitting down. There are many! It’s a good start.

I’m at it again also. Feel free to add me as well. I have half my body weight to lose 😬. At least 150 lbs. I’ve lost and gained it back many times 😔. So here I go again...sigh

I’m starting again too. I like Leslie Sandstone’s walking videos. She has many free to watch and walk with on YouTube. Start with the one mile and work your way up. Do what you can, that’s what I do 🙂
