Rest day, so just a little over 3,000 steps throughout.

About 1200 calories today. Trying to eat super clean, as it's a rest day.

Busy day yesterday (4/3) so here it is. I worked for several hours doing a rather ugly dishwasher install. After that, I did my regular gym regimen. So I'm tired. lol Hope everybody had a great weekend!

Busy day yesterday (4/3), so here's the short version. I behaved myself nutritionally.

I did 30 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes on the elliptical, and walked a whole lot (over 10,700 steps). I'm calling that a day. Chest/shoulders/triceps (and more cardio) tomorrow!

Too funny, man! My wife even got dessert and ate it right in front of me. lol Oh well. Her birthday. I wanted none of it! In other news, shrimp never tasted so good!

I made mine open as soon as I found out that it wasn't. Did so for two reasons; first, I don't give a flip what other people think. Second, MOTIVATION! :) Sounds antithetical, I know... I'm complex.

Big morning this morning. Not actually a goal, but noteworthy for me. If you've read my posts, you know that I was at 403 at one point. This morning, I weighed in at 302.0... That's the second (and I'm determined that it will be the last) time I've crossed the century line from my heaviest. 3 lbs to go and I'm under 300!

Stayed focused and on task with food today. Even took the Mrs. Out to Applebee's for her birthday, and managed to stay under calorie budget AND eat healthy.
