I get close to my calorie budget almost every day, but then I hit the gym, and burn a lot of it off. I'm happy with that. So far, and it's been a month, I never feel like I'm starving, and I'm staying well-hydrated. So I'll take it!

45 minutes of cardio at the gym, followed by an hour an 20 minutes of weight training: chest/shoulders/triceps. Good workout!

Great advice above. Stay focused! Don't get discouraged, either. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Keep working, and the lbs will come off. Praying for you!

I'm 6 lbs away from being down 100 from my heaviest... Again. After that, I'm putting 299 in my crosshairs, which will be 4 more lbs.
