Two lazy days (one was a planned rest day, the other was derailed by a planned event), but tonight was a MASSIVE workout at the gym. Awesome workout.

Welcome! I try to keep my intake between 1200 and 1500 calories a day (though my upper limit is 1800). No more than 45 grams of carbs per meal, and I try to get most of them from vegetables (broccoli is the best vegetable around). Other carbs come from whole grains only. I got a fitness tracker a couple days ago, and have been figuring that out. I've found that it has helped motivate me throughout the day as well.

Wednesday night, some work stuff went off the rails. Interrupted my workout, and had me awake for almost 46 solid hours. So I skipped back day Thursday. Looking forward to cardio tonight, and back to full steam ahead tomorrow!

Went to bed at 299.2 (after an awesome workout last night), had nothing to eat or drink, and weighed in this morning at 302... Whatever. lol Just call me Captain Bipolar Body.

Kept it under budget, but was REALLY close.

Today did NOT feel like a rest day. I got to move two batches of 48 50-lb batteries about 50 feet each and stack them all nice-like. Together, that's about 5,000 lbs. my shoulders were burning! But hey, I got a lot of steps in, and a kickin' arm workout!
