Me as well, like them a lot! My favorites are the chocolate chip cookie dough and blueberry muffin Questbars.

This one 🤓

... or just a sub-brand?

Yeah, the one I got was like the pic posted a little while back. Was dark colored and said ProYo really prominently. Maybe the old product is still floating around?
-
Did they change the name of ProYo? Because my local Giant must be holding on to some old stock... I just bought a pint a few days ago.

I was very obsessive with my macros in the past, usually hitting them within 5 grams every day. It made me eat some weird stuff at times! Recently I've taken the advice of many on here, like @sardelsa mentions, and focus mainly on protein. Although, I admit I still get a little nervous when my carbs or fat are over/under…

Potassium is difficult to track since it is not required to be included in nutritional labels in the U.S. (it is considered a "voluntary nutrient"). Among the things I buy it is seldom included.
-
True for me as well... I drink and am a big fan of both. I buy whichever is on sale. However, I realize I am an exception.
-
Oh, disregard, read your post incorrectly. What @TavistockToad said
-
Yes, you can do that... I log my meals a week in advance.
-
@vnb_208 there goes my theory!

I think that happens when they have melted and been refrozen... I've had a few in the past that you could tell this happened to when the level of the ice cream is lower than the top of the pint. It turns really icy and is not good... I still ate them however!

@Noreenmarie1234 @hgycta Thanks for the comments! Will try one soon... I ended up getting a ProYo instead because I needed some extra protein. I got the salted caramel crunch flavor. I loved the base and the salted caramel was delicious. However, there was only like 2 pieces of the “crunch”! I think it’s probably best to…

I've been pre-logging my meals a week in advance for about 2 years. I wait until the circular comes out from my local grocery store and fit in all the sales which has saved me a lot of money.

Fact? I think it's the acid in some of these types of drinks that dentists don't like - it has nothing to do with it being fizzy (e.g. sparkling water). You could brush your teeth, solves a lot of issues with things that are bad for your teeth.

Has anyone tried the new Arctic Zero pints? I spotted them at my local Giant and am thinking of giving one a try tomorrow.

I don't think that is correct, whey protein is a good option and has virtually no fat... For example Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey Double Rich Chocolate has 120 calories, 24g protein, and 1g of fat per scoop. Compared to Raw Meal Real Raw Vanilla (plant-based) has 115 calories, 20g protein, and 1.5g fat per scoop.…

Exactly, wasn't the OP asking for reviews?

Kudos to that Vitamin Shoppe employee!

My mom was a sun worshiper when she was in her 20s. She ended up with melanoma and was battling it for over 10 years (with a bout of colon cancer as well). The melanoma began to spread, first to one of her lungs, then to her brain. She died 9 years ago. Don't risk it, use sunscreen!

I'm also interested in this... I recently purchased an expensive bottle of La Roche-Posay Anthelios because of a recommendation from Consumer Reports but man, it burned bad!

Is it true that you never lose those fat cells which makes it easier to gain weight? (heard that for years)
-
I use Tesla compression base layers when I exercise because it helps keep all the loose skin I have from my weight-loss in place and not flopping around... so, it is beneficial in that respect. I am not sure if there are other benefits (real or imagined).

Hi everyone, Karsten here, from Alexandria, VA, just south of Washington, DC. I am a big walker, usually walking around 8 miles several times a week. However, I am not a fan of how long those walks take and the amount of calories that are burned. I am hoping to eventually jog those miles in order to reduce the time and…

What was the point in asking what people thought if your PT's opinion seems to be the only one that matters to you?

Funny, Lindt must be pushing some sales this week... Harris Teeter has "savings alerts" and this weekend they have a free Lindt Lindor chocolate stick (and a free Sola yogurt).

I do a very simple version. I use 40g of Quest protein powder (important that the powder includes casein), add a little less than a cup of water, mix it well, then sprinkle a teaspoon of xanthan gum over it (it clumps if I add it with the powder). Then I use a hand-held mixer with a whisk attachment and whip it for about…

What brand of PP do you use? I’m guessing it’s Quest given the flavors... I make protein fluff almost every day and usually use the Quest salted caramel. Haven’t tried the cinnamon crunch, any good?
