  • It only works if you know how much energy you actually need, and then actually weighing/measuring your food will make or break it. Eyeballing, guessing, and trusting serving sizes without accurate measurements was a recipe for failure.
  • Have you calculated your recommended calorie levels anywhere other than MFP? It might be that your target calories are off for your activity level. Maybe try calculating your TDEE including your workouts and see how that compares to your current calorie goals? If everything's calculated right and it's just feeling hungry…
