Thanks for all of the info guys. Ive been researching the fitbit charge so far. Fitbit zip might be a goid option to start out with too just to see if I like it.

I love nuts. Walnuts..pecans.. Brazil nuts.. Macadamia and I could name more haha. Could eat a cup a day of each if they were not so calorically dense :( I tty to fit them in once in a while.. And for me they feel and taste like a treat.

Honestly. One day at a time. When you nourish your body well and start losing weight it feels so good. Way better then any crappy food can or will.
