Starting weight 456 Current weight as of this morning 149

I just input all of my information when I set up the app put 2 pounds per week, sedentary lifestyle. It started me off at 2700 calories but I noticed when you log your weight your calorie allowance changes with every 10 pounds lost. Now it has me at 1250 per day.

I did incorporate walking as I began to lose and gradually worked my way up. Now i walk 5 miles, do yoga and other exercises

2 years on April 16th I just logged everything in my app and stayed under my calories
