One thing that will help you be able to run longer is if you start doing intervals. Basically run as fast as you can for as long as you can (30 seconds, 1 min, 1.5 min, etc) and then walk for maybe 3 minutes or 5. Keep doing this cycle and it will increase your stamina. I sure do. A glass of red wine or vodka on the rocks with a lime. I try to limit to two servings if I am going to drink. You can maintain and also lose.

I've used c4 many times and its by far my fav pre-workout. You have to go 30 days on, 30 off though because your body will become used to it.

I hear ya! I gained about 15 lbs on a week vacation. Didn't track anything and just ate and drank whatever. I'm paying the price now as I feel bloated and chubby. The good news for you and I- the weight will come off and each day you will get closer! And we still have time before summer
