That's a tough one because everyone will use a different weight for each exercise, everyone's body weight differs, everyone pushes themselves at a different intensity, etc. I think I'd just shoot for an estimate and see if I continue progressing. I thought the same thing when that happened.. They basically had this perfect tool at their disposal, a quarry that was capable of attracting and holding walkers from all over the area.
