I've gained a 1/2 pound but...my regular "go to" jeans now have enough extra room that I can stick my arm down them while they're zipped & buttoned (that was a picture--me going "woo-hoo" with my arm stuck down my jeans!) :D

The day overall was not too bad! Mainly because, to avoid wandering in & out of the kitchen to "graze", I researched how to determine the nutritional value of home made foods...tedious, but interesting & distracting!

I'm not usually too much of a walker (I normally do Daily Burn stuff a few times/week) but yesterday I logged 2.5 miles plus whatever additional wasn't tracked by my phone & geez, I am feeling it today! :) You "power walkers" have my fullest respect! :D
