  • I'm too 49, 5.6, and weigh 146lbs. Just started carbcycling , I use Mon-tue-Thu-Fri low carb/ Wed high carb/ Sat cheat day/Sun 45C/25P/30F(normal low cal ... see how it works;) I do 30 min workouts 4days a week (21dayfixextreme) and walk 10,000 steps a day.
