I take a multi. Also a fish oil pill. I also take iron because I'm slightly anemic. I take calcium because I'm prone to osteoporosis.

Ostrim jerky sticks. They're like 2F/2C/14P. Or just about any jerky, really. Celery with cottage cheese works too.

Another vote for Brooks.

That's awesome. Great job. He hasn't given me the full run-down about it yet but he thought it was rough as well. He did the Ultra in 9:08 and was planning on running the single Beast again yesterday but he said he couldn't get out of bed. Hahaha.

ON Gold Standard mixes great with oatmeal. Also with coffee if you do it iced.

Chipotle. Also like everyone said, anywhere that posts their nutrition info. Here in NY almost all restaurants (aside from smaller places) have calorie counts right on the menu, so that's helpful

I don't think you can blame the pill. I was fat when I started the pill, and now I'm 25 pounds lighter.

It depends on the person for sure. Usually when I start dating someone I just remain stable due to exercising less and eating out more. Lately I've been dating someone who understands my workout schedule, as he is mega fit and has his own schedule. I've managed to lose a couple of pounds so far. Don't get me wrong, we…

I've basically stopped drinking, mostly due to embarrassment over my actions at a work party in 2014. I still have a drink now and again, but I prefer to be functional the next morning (I don't have a lot of self control - if I have two, I have twelve). I don't really miss it all that much.

I take a multivitamin and fish oil. I also take a calcium supplement and an iron supplement, due to family health history, As far as fat loss pills go, don't waste your time or money.

I eat Chipotle a lot. My go-to is a steak salad with black beans, veggies, and salsas with half a serving of guac. If I need extra carbs for a run or something the next morning, I'll get it as a bowl and sub rice for the beans.

I do mine with one tablespoon of flavored creamer and 2 of regular creamer. 65 calories per cup. And I'm down to 1 per day.
-
Mine is a combination of Matchbox 20 (I will forever love Rob Thomas), Deuce, and a bunch of stuff from the "Teen Pop" Spotify Playlist. Bahahaha

My boyfriend ran the Killington Beast last year in about 5 hours, which is pretty impressive. Depends on your athletic ability and how many burpees you get stuck doing, his friends took about 8 hours. He'll be there Saturday for UltraBeast. I plan on doing my first (a sprint) in June.

This is what I do...I use ON Double Chocolate whey and it works just as well.

A whole Digiorno frozen pizza, a pint of B&J Tonight Dough ice cream, a box of Tagalongs, and a box of Sour Patch Kids. I regret nothing. But I will also never do that again.

Zumba is a great workout. I go every Wednesday and I love it. Find a good instructor because, as with anything, some are great, and some are crap.

It is absolutely cottage cheese! I think I got Hood brand.
-
Yes! When I actually decided I was gonna get some I was like "What? Choices? No way! Should I get chive & onion or garden vegetable?" I went with chive & onion. But they also had a pineapple one and maybe another fruit one plus two or 3 other flavors.
-
I usually only make them when I have a near-empty jar of nut butter. Then I just add oats and milk. Stir. In the morning I will usually add protein powder and maybe some sort of fruit or something if I'm feeling fancy.
-
Thank you, Cottage Cheese. I appreciate that you took the time to respond to me. It means a lot. I will definitely consider that in the future. From, Chi

Egg and cottage cheese on a wrap.
-
Boy, does it ever! I don't think I would have had the courage to get it if I had to get plain stuff. Maybe one day.
-
That's the kind I bought and that's what I did. I also had it with egg in a sort of sandwich this morning.
-
I may have to! I'll have to get a plain flavor first - the one I picked up is like a chive & onion flavor. :D
-
Hot sauce/mustard/gum/spices/salt/coffee(I do log the creamer)/diet soda/anything with no calories. If it's basically free of calories and macros, I don't bother.
-
Is there a specific reason you need to give up carbs? I love carbs and will never give them up. As long as you're honest with yourself and you log them, why stop?

MusclePharm Combat Crunch. 210 Cal - 7F / 25C (7f) / 20P All delicious.
-
My go-to lunch at work is a protein bar and a Greek yogurt. Total ~330 cal. And then I eat some jerky on my afternoon break. There are many better options but I am lazy.

Welcome back! I did the same thing, been back about 3 weeks now. I'll add you.
