Every Friday and Saturday, and most Sundays. Usually not fast food. Mostly restaurants and "fast-casual" places (I love Chipotle)
-
Buffalo chicken pizza.

On Fridays (and sometimes Saturdays) I eat at maintenance. It allows me to go out to a restaurant with my fiance or friends and enjoy a margarita or a dinner that I wouldn't be able to eat during the week.
-
I've had this account for a little over a year, but I've been on and off MFP since 2010.

I eat at maintenance every Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays I eat a smaller defecit as well. I'll also eat at maintenance for special occasions, and the majority of the stretch between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Hi Becca! I'm also 5'4 and we have the same goal weight. I'm currently around 140, but I started around 175. Feel free to add me!

For 360 calories (and more protein), I could eat a protein bar and 3 oreos. I'll pass.
-
You're still losing an average of over a pound a week, which is great. Relax.
-
I'm planning on getting a good burger.
-
I'd noticed you wrote non-flexible and edited my post but I guess you didn't see it in time. Lol
-
As long as you're in a calorie defecit, any diet can be considered flexible. Macros are important, but calories are king.
-
Flexible dieting = IIFYM = eating whatever you want as long as you meet your fat/carb/protein goals.

Congrats! I just got engaged and we haven't set a date yet, but feel free to add me!
-
We have it here in NY just about everywhere. It's wonderful.
-
Mine is open to friends, so feel free to add me!
-
After exercise I usually end up eating 1600+ cals during the week and more on the weekends. Feel free to add me!
-
When I get mine done I might wait a day, but I don't really take time off from my workouts. Keep it covered and wash off when you're done. I've never had an issue.

My boyfriend and I are going out to Mexican. It's my favorite so I plan to enjoy. I've pre-logged it already and I'll be at around maintenance today.

Quest bars, Arctic Zero, Walden Farms (with the exception of pancake syrup), hemp powder, low-fat cheese, kale.

Depends on how you feel. I can do almost any form of exercise on either a full or empty belly. Except running. If I don't eat something within like 45 minutes of starting a run, I'm guaranteed to get stomach cramps within a mile. So I'll have something small, like a banana or a Honey Stinger waffle or a Bonk Breaker/Clif…

Celery will not be on my mind. Hot wings, ribs, queso, margaritas, etc...all yes.
-
The Patriots beat my Steelers last game, so I'll be rooting for the Falcons.
-
I'm preparing a queso dip and maybe some oreo truffle balls. Full fat, full delicious. Football Sundays are my IDGAF days.

Literally anyone can go on IG and try to sell you a workout plan. Proceed with caution.

Make friends! I used to hate running too. At a local race last March, some guy (who, actually, is old enough to be my dad) started talking to me while we were waiting for the awards to start. From there I met all his other local racing friends and now we all meet up for as many local races as we can! It's great because…

Coffee and a protein bar for me...puts me under 300 for breakfast.
-
Jerkey is great for this. I like Ostrim jerky sticks. Most run less than 100 cals and have ~14g protein.
-
Absolutely yes. Unless he's got a bunch of sh*tty ones, or ones on his face, in which case absolutely not.
-
I eat a lot of them...as long as it fits your calorie goals, go for it I say. My favorite is Devour's buffalo chicken mac and cheese.
-
I eat candy and junk food every day. No exceptions. I mean, I eat healthy stuff too, but you'll find a lot of junk food in my diary too.
