I really like having to be accountable it is helping me break through the one year yoyo plateau of the 20 pound gain back of my initial loss! Though I haven't been perfect I have been at least 95% of the time. And I am seeing a downward trend to my weight again. Thanks for creating this thread it is really helpful!

I'm new to this and I have a few questions. Doesn't it take about 2 weeks to get into ketosis and just one bad carb day can derail it and you have to start all over? I was able to get my exercise in fairly early. I did one hour of weightlifting and already walked 5 miles with my puppy. I am taking a short break then I am going to mow the lawn. Has anyone ever thought of doing the 5 o'clock fast? I fasted till 5 o'clock and I calorie cycle and only eat 800 cal five days then I eat what you would call normal on the weekend. 800 cal is actually a lot to eat after 5 PM. 65 squats 200 Kettlebell Swings at 25 pounds 2 1/2 mile walk Exercise every day but still can't budge the weight! Only .6 pounds! I think the medicine I'm taking for my Lymes disease and anaplasmosis is causing me to retain water. I noticed that my ankles are swollen. Hopefully this will change eventually.
