I also have a busy schedule and plan ahead. I mix it up each day with salads, pasta, filled croissant, rice salad, falafels, etc. Salads don't have to be boring, I use rocket, grated carrot, apple, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beet, red onion, gherkins, peppers, chillis etc. in fact I don't buy micro meals ever.
