  • Hi everyone, I'm on level 1 day 9. I was wondering if I should go onto level 2 tomorrow even though I'm finding it hard to get through the cardio part and find myself stopping a few times during jumping jacks in particular. My body doesn't ache after the workout now. Any advice would be great
  • Hi everyone, my name is Emma, I live in the UK. This is my first time doing 30DS and I'm currently on day 8. I'm really enjoying it so far but dreading level 2 as I'm just about getting through level 1 haha. I'm hoping to lose just over 2 and a half stone. Good luck everyone
