Most people really have no idea just how much they're consuming. It's sobering to most when they start using an app like this or counting using any other method.

I sync MFP with the Under Armor Record app and record my workout time - 30 minutes to get an estimate of calories burned.

Exactly. Which is why I asked OP if she was logging honestly and correctly. She's not...and then wondering why she's not losing weight and looking for some sort of overnight solution.

I've been eating a fully keto diet for a bit over two months now and loving it. Here's a great site for some ideas. Also, any questions, feel free to ask. http://ketodietapp.com/Blog/category/Recipes

Here's the nutritional break down as I made them. The recipe made ten servings. This is per serving:

I weight train six days a week. The key to success, as you said, is a life change and not a fad diet or a half-hearted attempt. Discipline, determination, drive and a want to truly change your life is needed. Break old habits and form new, lifelong habits that help to attain a healthier, happier life.

Makers Mark neat. That's my go to.

With that attitude, you're not going to accomplish anything. You have to be honest with yourself and your expectations. You're not going to find a magical solution. And it's not going to come easy. It takes work, discipline, and dedication. If you really want it, change your attitude and realize those facts. If not, then…

It's not about eliminating specific foods. It's about eliminating calories. How many calories have you been consuming and how long have you been tracking? You're not going to lose 20-30lbs overnight.
-
Exactly this, too. Do this for you and don't worry about anyone there. There are always people who can lift more than you, man or woman, and, in the end, you're there for your health. Some people love to show off. Those people are idiots and will end up hurting themselves and their health.
-
The advice I give to women who don't want to be bothered by idiots in the free weight room is to wear headphones and ignore the guys who'll try to make advances. Even I wear them as a male because I really can't stand some of the idiots at my gym. Some folks will give you some tips for the starting programs. I believe the…

Are you eating less calories than your body uses during the day? If you only burn 1800 calories a day, you could eat nothing but 2500 calories of salad and you're not gonna lose weight.
-
What, specifically, doesn't make sense? I'd be happy to answer any questions.
-
I like to blend it up in a shake.

Set your activity level to a lower level or cut your caloric intake by 500 calories to start.
-
I go over in macros all the time because I have to eat more to reach my goals after exercise. My percentages are on target for my personal split, but gram wise I go over. It's impossible not to if I have to eat more to hit my caloric target.
-
What do you have your activity level set as? And are you logging ABSOLUTELY truthful logs?
-
The most accurate reading is naked in the morning. You can fluctuate by many lbs throughout the day dependent on food/water intake and clothes.
-
How slow is "really slow"? Also, CICO is what matters when it comes to weight loss. You can work out for four hours a day and still gain weight if you eat at a surplus.
-
I'm guessing you mean you want your abs to show, etc. what's your body fat %.
-
Lmao...no you're not.
-
Can I ask why, specifically, you're choosing to eat a keto diet? I've been eating this way for a little over two months now and I'm pleased with the benefits I've experienced.

You're not going to lose muscle if you don't take creatine. And it is most beneficial prior to a workout and most post workout. Creatine does not help everyone. And you should do some research before deciding if you want to take it. http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/supplement/creatine

It sounds like OP wants to change her way of eating which would be changing her diet, not going on a diet. Remember, there are two very distinct meanings to the word. Colloquially, a diet is seen as changing your way of eating for a set length of time to achieve results and then going back to the old way of eating. Or, as…

Just keep going at it. You can't target one area to lose weight. It's probably where you store the most fat, so it's going to be the last place you lose it. You're about my size ( I'm 5'10", 172lbs currently). I weight train 6 days a week for an hour or more and eat approx 3,000 calories a day to maintain weight. I just…

What do you mean by "toned"?

If you want to get lean, eat at a deficit. Macro percentage does not matter to lean out. I'm currently leaning out and I eat a ketogenic diet ( 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carb ). This ratio, for me, never really changes whether bulking, cutting, or maintaining. I dropped my caloric intake by about 500 calories. I'll drop…

Lamb, elk, bison, eggs, almonds, Greek yogurt.
-
My thoughts exactly. I'm at 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs.

A heavier person will burn more calories than an average person doing the same amount of cardio. I believe that's factored in.
