I am so glad I found this convo! I am 1 week out today and after trying to come up with new flavors for every 4oz cup and tracking every slurp, etc. I cannot even barely reach 40g of protein. I feel great, but am worried I'm not getting the protein within the measly 600 calories for the day... ADVICE?
