I have the stupidest reason... but my theory has always been... if have I have to go Jason Bourne style... one of the first things they ask is "any visible markings or tattoos?" Get some rest @LZMiner , you look tired.

When i started, i was 240. A flabby not ok 240. I got that way by putting doritos on my sandwiches and queso on everything else. I lost 60 pounds... got to 180... maintained... and then just got slack... This time, starting at 200, trying to get back to 180. I still have the occasional dorito sandwich... or queso fries...…

+1 First off - way to go!!! Be proud no matter what you wear. If you want to wear a bikini... do it!. you've earned it! As far as confidence... over 50 pounds... over 50 effing pounds!!!! c'mon! over 50 pounds! When you try on your bikini... you strut around saying that :smiley:

Thanks everyone! Good perspective here. I keep doing them as part of my circuit... I just didn't know if there was something better to do. Sounds like it doesn't hurt to keep them around.

+1. I lost 60 pounds last year. I tried to mix it up. A lot of HIIT sessions will cover both. I think when you're starting the journey, its easy to get lost in the specifics of what this day what that day how many macros, etc etc. What worked for me was eating less and moving more.

+1 I try to account for it during the day and leave myself a few calories... but i do like my end of the day drink(s).

i want hot selfies. i never share them... but i like taking them and being like... awwwww yeah. Vain... I know. I lost 60 pounds last year... i've put 20 back... so here I am again. If I get healthier in the process... cool. I don't really want a social circle... so ... more selfies for me.... yay.

I don't know what it's called... but i do the same thing. Some days i can come in 400-600 calories under and not blink... other days... i'm eating 1 green bean to be at zero. I think it works. Good luck!

its sooooooo tough. i live to eat at night. so i do three things: 1) limit what i keep at the house - like chulipa said - but i keep a few things ;) B) water - i drink a lot of water at night. I find it easier to hop on my feed or avthread and see how hard people are working. Or how many days in a row they log in. We can do this!
