  • I have been incorporating tuna into my diet, and I found tuna very filling and I believe it helps me eat healthier. I don't feel bloated sometimes I do with other foods. It's good to incorporate some fatty meats but only good fats not the bad fats in the parts of meat. Because you do need those to help your body function.
