Ok so it's not a good source of calcium. He didn't complain of no calcium. I'm not a expert just trying to help him cut fat and calories. He's a grown man he can do what he wants . Cheers

There is calcium in almond milk

You need carbs but good carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. Try almond milk instead of regular milk.

Your body has gotten use to what your doing. Switch it up Swap out food for something with the same nutritional content . Example: banana to Apple OR apple to pear . The green granny smith apple is the best wheh cutting fat. Eat 99% lean meat

I'm doing a bikinI competition in July. Keep in mind this diet is with 4 days resistance training 3 days 40 min intense cardio . Also boot camp every Saturday and a gallon of water a day. Just sayin
