  • I just got a new scale and my water % is at 20%. I am way below the chart. I drink literally all day. About 90-120 oz of water and the same in iced tea. I work out daily, my urine is light in color. I am at 60% body fat so I know that's a huge factor but how can I increase it more because that seems extremely bad.
