My playlist for lifting is all metal and rap. House of Pain, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, etc. Cardio is different. I'll mix in pop with some hard rock.......more melodic stuff....... It gets me through my 4:30am workouts.

You may find the second workout to actually hinder your results, if both involve weight training. Just a thought. Try an over the counter diuretic.
