I will be 53 in October. Coming off a medically supervised VLCD since January 1st and am returning to a LCD. I have lost 160 pounds over the last 2 1/2 years. I could use some new friends to keep motivated!

I no longer need a seat belt extender on an airplane.

Similar story here, learning how to make permanent changes to continue losing and not letting it come back. Currently down 80 pounds but still need to lose a significant amount. If you are looking to add friends feel free to add me!

Seafood such as salmon or shrimp has substantial protein. I am currently using protein shakes.
