  • Yes, I use these constantly! They are awesome. It will save you lots of time and you dont have to waste the yolks. I put mine in a bowl sprayed with Pam. Then I mix in things like spinach or a chopped, cooked veggie burger, peas, etc, then microwave. I love it, turns out so good.
  • I had my normal weekday breakfast of 2 cups of coffee and Chobani Greek yogurt with some flax and chia seeds. It's really good and greek yogurt has lots of protein
  • I've tried them and thought they were really really good. But I like the taste of most protein bars anyway and am not too terribly picky. But I thought these were so good, especially when microwaved less than 10 seconds. It get so soft and brings out all the flavors like a dessert..sooo good!
  • I eat cottage cheese every day for part of my lunch. No, I don't get sick of it, lol. I used to mix in blueberries or pineapple or a banana. Sooooo good.
