BTW. . . .My Fitness Plan has me at 1,395 calories a day. That will be difficult for me to do, but I don't know how to change it, if I can. I could do 1,500-1,600 a day.

I'm very impressed with everyone's weight losses. I am 67 years young, 5'2", weigh 218 lbs. (Never weighed over 100 lbs. until I was 21, stayed around 110-115 lbs. until my late 30's after I had my 3rd son.
