Whoot! Lost 5lbs. Just had to wait 1 more day. Now the challenge is keeping going. I haven't tried weighing my food yet. Mostly just entering extra calories if I'm unsure. Thanks cross, I am logging my food. It suggests 1460 calories but I'm only eating 1200-1300. Perhaps I will see a difference in another week.

I wish that was true Rodarose, you see my doctor and physical therapist have both told me only to walk. If you can think of another exercise that is safe for me I'd be happy to try it.

I had wondered about the 7 day thing. When I was healthy my weight fluctuated 5lbs from day to day. I guess I'm just not used to this.

Stress can make you gain even if you are doing everything right. You might want to look for a less stressful job. Good luck.
