I have been using the no zero days principle this week and I really like it! It has been tough with two family birthdays. I did win by only eating one slice of cake for each birthday. Just noticed that I transposed my weight numbers! Should be 64 not 46, sorry! Also, I stepped on the scales this morning and I am 43.5kg! I blame hormones!! :D
