I do track my caloric intake. (Personal choice) I currently average around 1000-1100 calories/day. I am not hungry through the day. Eating the balanced meals every 2-3 hours keeps me satisfied.

Its worth it! I get a free health coach who is available anytime I need her. She quides me through my healthy eating. I have so much more energy after just a few weeks, and feel so much better than ever! I have tried so many plans and this is by far the best and most sustainable!

Hi. I'm 41 and ready for a change. I'm coming up on my 20th anniversary with just 1 child. I will look to see if I can open my diary. I love God and my family. Would also love some friends to keep me motivated and on track. Feel free to add me. :)
