  • I saw that fitbit adjustment section today & it's at zero. Haven't done too much except try to walk around more as I work. Ty for all the help & tips. Now I just have to keep waiting for my fitbit to get used to me & not say I'm burning a ton of calories I'm not.
  • So after 2 weeks all the crazy amount of calories it says I burn will tone down? After that, will those calories truly burned transfer to MFP? Or is it steps only? Tried to send you a message but it wouldn't allow me

  • Have you found out anything? I'm starting to think to not bother with the steps. If I use the restroom it adds on a hundred steps. Lately I only put it on if I'm going for an actual walk or workout. Disappointed

  • What keeps me going is getting a better career for my family. Buying a house so we don't have to rent & move when it gets too high. A room fit for her princess self!

  • I'm going to be purchasing a scale next month. Until then, I use measuring cup based on the serving sizes on the nutritional box. If I can't figure it out, I put it back down!

  • Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I thought maybe my waist had changed a bit. I shrugged it off as being optimistic. Everyone says it'll take, as you said, a couple months before progress is shown. Impatient me! I'm going to take measurements weekly to feel better.
  • UPDATE: DAY 2 was much easier on my bum while on the bike. Things will keep getting better I'm sure. Thank goodness for my bum being understanding. Must be the squats keeping it in check.

  • Hi I'll be 24 in August & want to lose 40-50ibs before new years! This doesn't count what I've already lost. I enjoy seeing others succeed & it motivates me to do more. Losing weight will help me achieve much more than a healthy body!

  • I was under the impression that carbs are what you want little of during weight loss. Understand if it's wanted during exercises, just wanted to clear things up as I am new to this fitness lifestyle.

  • Most of their rides have "modified" seats as they call them. I live in FL & frequent universal. Years ago we had a friend, who was very tall & thick, & for almost all the rides they were able to accommodate him.
  • Unfortunately Fattybabyprincess died 2 years ago :( Very polite & cuddly rat. A great model too. She had 2 tumors in her old age that were removed but sadly she died a few months after. She lived a very long happy life! Hope your rats will live life to the fullest too!
